With over twenty years of experience, Michael has an accomplished background and represented several of the largest Institutional Asset Managers in the investment industry.  Having raised over 4 billion in assets, he possesses a wealth of knowledge on equity and debt instruments and has consulted the positioning of Real Estate Investment Trust’s, Master Limited Partnerships, Unit Investment Trust’s, Initial Public Offerings and Alternative Investments.  He has consulted and worked with UBS, Wells Fargo Advisors, Morgan Stanley, Merrill Lynch along with several of the Financial Institutions and Independent Advisory firms. 

Michael’s interest and desire to pursue tangible assets, became very apparent after joining CBRE Commercial Brokerage as an Industrial Specialist.  Michael’s intellect and investment background affords him the ability to be consultative to a consortium of investors in the hard asset space and make him a valuable asset to the Ticor /Fidelity National Financial team.

Most importantly, when taking interest in an asset, Michael believes the most critical phase in absorbing, disposing or transferring an asset is investing into what he calls - the “initial subset investment”.  Simply stated, “this investment assists and is critical in identifying the lawful ownership of a property and protects investors and lenders against potential fraud or undisclosed hindrances that may exist with a property.”  This mindset makes him invaluable to his clients and creates the ability to provide peace of mind regardless of the type of the transaction.

Michael grew up in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and attended Malvern Prep before obtaining his B.S. from Drexel University. He now lives in San Clemente, California with his wife of 22 years and three children. In his free time, he volunteers as a little league and ice hockey coach and enjoys spending time with his family.
